Tarun Inghi v. The State of Assam

ORDER Date : 18.07.2024 Heard Mr. B. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent . Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was allowed to go in interim bail by order dated 14.06.2021 by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court he has appeared before the Page No.# 2/2 Investigating Officer of Biswanath Chariali P.S. Case No. 110/2024 and has cooperated in the investigation. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Biswanath Chariali P.S. Case No. 110/2024 and has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has also been recorded. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above named petitioner by order dated 14.06.2024 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2, 3 and 4 attached to the said order remaining intact. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of. Send back the case diary.
