Mr. Azad has submitted that police has filed the Charge Sheet No. 49/2024 Page No.# 2/2 dated 30.05.2024 against the petitioner. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail and the learned Trial Court shall consider his bail application in accordance with the procedures as laid down by law.
