This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for early hearing of the accompanying Regular Second Appeal which is of the year 2016.

¶2The learned counsel for the Respondents in the accompanying appeal who are the applicants herein submitted that the applicants have been deprived of the fruits of the decree in view of the execution having been stayed by this Court and therefore submitted that the matter may be heard at an early date.

¶3Taking into account that the accompanying appeal is of the year 2016 and almost 8 years have been passed by, this Court fixes the accompanying second appeal for hearing on 08.08.2024.

¶4The parties herein shall be at liberty to mention the matter for upgrading on the next date, if so advised.

¶5I.A. stands allowed.
