¶1Heard Mr. A. Boro, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner and Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

¶2This is an application for impleadment of Sri Akash Deep, IAS, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar as Contemnor No.2, inasmuch as, the respondent no.1 has been transferred out.

¶3Mr. S. Bora submits that he has got no objection to the application being allowed.

¶4The prayer of the applicant's counsel is allowed.

¶5Accordingly, Sri Akash Deep, IAS, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar is impleaded as respondent No.2.

¶6The applicant shall submit an amended cause title to the Registry.

¶7I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
