PP for the State respondent that charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner by the police vide C.S. 4/2024, 31.05.2024. Page No.# 2/2 On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is on interim bail vide order dated 07.06.2024. In view of filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court within a period of 10 (ten) days from today seeking regular bail and in the event of filing such bail application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The interim order dated 07.06.2024, passed by this court is extended till for a period of 10 (ten) days from today and thereafter, the interim order dated
