¶1Mr. A.R. Sikdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the Page No.# 2/2 meanwhile charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner, namely, Abul Fazal Ahid bearing charge-sheet No. 60/2024 dated 30.04.2024.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated

29.05.2023, the petitioner, named above, was earlier granted interim bail with certain conditions, and in pursuant to the directions of this court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation.

¶3In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of fact of the laying of the charge-sheet in this case, as the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 29.05.2023, by this court is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact.

¶4With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.
