ORDER
The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat.
The Insurance Company is represented by its officials.
The claimant is duly present along with engaged counsel.
It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 3,35,950/- (Rupees three lakhs thirty five thousand nine hundred fifty) only, which is already deposited by the Insurance Company. Both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an additional amount of Rs. 3,10,000/- (Rupees three lakhs ten thousand) only as full and final settlement.
Accordingly, the appellant/New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby Page No.# 3/3 directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 3,10,000/- (Rupees three lakhs ten thousand) only before the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tezpur within a period of 1 (one) month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same, along with the earlier deposited amount of Rs. 3,35,950/- (Rupees three lakhs thirty five thousand nine hundred fifty) only, if not already withdrawn, on being proper verification and identification.
