¶2The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with prayer for pre-arrest bail in connection with FIR No. 151 registered before the Guwahati GRPS, Guwahati, Kamrup(M) under Page No.# 2/2 Sections 120(B)/379/420/406/386/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

¶3Heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

¶4The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner being CS No. 6/2024 dated 31.01.2024.

¶5The petitioner is already on interim bail. The petitioner is given 20 (Twenty) days' time to appear before the learned trial Court and apply for bail, if so advised and the learned trial Court would consider the petition as per the merit of this case.

Matter is closed accordingly.
