10.01.2024 Heard Mr J I Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, Safiqul Islam Talukdar @ Safiqul Ali, vide CS No. Page No.# 2/2 310/2023, dated 30.06.2023, in connection with Hajo PS Case No. 346/2021, under Sections 147/149/342/307/302 IPC, read with Sections 25(1A)/27 of the Arms Act.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court within 15 days and apply for bail, if so advised and the learned Court may consider any such application, as per law.

¶4Matter is closed.
