On the other hand learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the case diary was called for in connection with this case, in the meanwhile the charge sheet bearing No. 129/2024 dated 31.05.2024 has been laid. In view of the fact of laying the charge sheet, this bail application is hereby disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may pray before the said Court, if so advised.
