ORDER Date : 24.07.2024 Heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/appellant praying for refund of the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- which was deposited by the applicant/appellant at the time of filing of MAC Appeal No. 179/2019. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the aforesaid appeal has been disposed of by this Court by order dated 18.01.2024. I have perused the judgment and order dated 18.01.2024. It appears that the said appeal was dismissed by this Court. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the applicant/appellant shall have to be returned back and, accordingly, the Registry of this Court is directed to refund the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- to the appellant/applicant after proper verification.
