Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs. 13,15,500/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakh Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.3,15,500/- has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The Appellant No.1/wife is directed to withdraw the said amount after proper verification and duly identification by her engaged counsel, if not withdrawn. The M/s United India Insurance Com. Ltd. is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 10,00,000/- to the appellant No. 1/wife in her savings account through NEFT. The appellant No. 1/ wife is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company Page No.# 3/3 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. In view of above, the appeal is disposed of.
