Bishnoi, CJ) The matter comes up for consideration of the I.A.(Civil) No.1803/2023 with a prayer to condone the delay of 129 days in filing the connected appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant has submitted that the appellant has satisfactorily explained the delay in filing the appeal. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the respondents are not complying with the direction given by the learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment. We are of the view that if the respondents are not complying with the directions given by the learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment, the applicant/appellant has a remedy to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the directions given by the learned Single Judge. Apart from that, having gone through the contents of the I.A. (Civil) No.1803/2023, we do not find sufficient reasons to condone the delay in filing the connected appeal. Consequently, the I.A.(Civil) No.1803/2023 is dismissed.
