The prayer for setting aside abatement made in I.A. (Civil)/718/2017 has been allowed today. By the present application filed under order 22 Rule 3 of the CPC, the applicants nos. 1 to 24 have prayed for their substitution on the death of the original revision Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, i.e., Md. Akkel Ali. The applicants in paragraph 8 of this application has given their details out of which from serial nos. 1 to 20 claimed to be the sons of Akkel Ali and from serial nos. 21 to 24 claimed to be the wives of Akkel Ali. Considering the above, the instant application for substitution is allowed and the applicants are substituted in place of the original petitioner - Akkel Ali as petitioner nos. 1(a) to 1(x).
