Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, has submitted that he wants to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for. Consequently, with the dismissal of the instant writ petition as withdrawn, the interim order dated 14.06.2024 passed by this Court, shall automatically come to an end.
