Heard Mr. M. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. R.C.Paul, learned counsel for the opposite party. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant with a direction to the insurance company to deposit the compensation amount along with interest @ 9 % per annum to the claimants before the Registry of this Court. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that it has come to his knowledge that the insurance company has deposited the awarded amount along with interest to the Registry of this Court vide Cheque No.004276 dated 07.06.2023 of Rs.27,35,162/- and as such, the matter be disposed of with liberty to the applicant No.1 (a), Smti Ganga Chetry who is the wife of the deceased to withdraw the aforesaid amount and who in turn shall deposit the share of the respondent No. 1 (c) Smti Tankamaya Chetry , who is the mother of the deceased, in Account payee cheque and after calculation, 30% be deposited as Fixed Deposit in favour of the respondent No. 1(b) who is the minor daughter of the deceased.
