This IA has been filed with a prayer to implead the opposite party Donkamukam Town Committee (DTC) as respondent no. 4 in the connected writ petition. I have perused the grounds stated in the application justifying the order of impleadment. Ms. V. Shohe, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that she would have no objection if the prayer is allowed by this Court. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above and considering the grounds stated in the IA, the prayer for impleadment stands allowed. The opposite party viz. Donkamukam Town Committee (DTC) stands impleaded as respondent no. 4 in the connected writ petition i.e. WP(C) 7608/2018. Applicant's counsel to file amended cause title within 10(ten) days from today. The writ petition be listed thereafter, for necessary order. IA stands disposed of.
