ORDER

24.06.2024

¶1Mr. S.M. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

¶2Ms. D. Jain, learned counsel for the Water Resources Department submits that the Ministry of Jal Shakti has not been made a party in the writ petition and their presence is required, as they are the authority furnishing 20% of the funds for the project. She further submits that while Para 2 of the writ petition speaks of 6 work orders issued to the petitioner, the statement showing the outstanding liability in favour of the petitioner at Annexure-D only speaks of 5 work orders.

¶3The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
