This is an application filed under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for correction of the order dated 27.05.2024 passed in Transfer Petition (Civil) No.78/2021. The reason for filing of the instant application is that Page No.# 2/2 while passing the said order, there was a typographical error in mentioning that it is the "District Judge, Hojai" instead of "District Judge, Karimganj".

¶2This Court upon taking into account the materials on record including the Transfer Petition (Civil) No.78/2021 is of the opinion that in the order dated

27.05.2024, there is an apparent mistake in as much as at paragraph No.10 of said Transfer Petition (Civil) No.78/2021, it was wrongly mentioned as "District Judge, Hojai" which ought to have been "District Judge, Karimganj". Accordingly, the correction sought for is allowed. The reference to "District Judge, Hojai" appearing at paragraph No.10 shall now be read as "District Judge, Karimganj".

¶3The instant order shall be a part of the order dated 27.05.2024.

¶4In view of the above, the instant I.A. stands disposed of.
