Mr. J. Payeng, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Biraj Medhi, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Palashbari P.S. Case No. 181/2024, under Section 377 IPC r/w Section 4 of POCSO. Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 168/2024 dated

31.07.2024. It is also submitted that interim protection has already been granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2024. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below within 10 days from today and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
