¶1Heard Ms. P. Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge-sheet has already been laid in this case bearing charge-sheet No. 145/2024 dated 29.06.2024. Page No.# 2/2

¶2In view of laying of the charge-sheet, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 26.06.2024 shall continue till the appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court/Committal Court in pursuant to the summons/notices issued by the said Court.

¶3This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
