Heard learned counsel for the parties. The connected writ petition is filed assailing the action of the authorities in freezing the bank account of the petitioner. It is seen from the record that such bank account has been frozen by the bank authority on the request of investigating authorities in connection with a criminal case involving investment of money in stock market and FIRs were registered in different states of India. According to the petitioner she is the victim of such fraud and her account has been frozen on the request of the police department under the State of Utter Pradesh. The present application is filed for impleadment of the Officer-in-Charge, Cyber Police Station, Panbazar, Guwahati, Assam, the State of Utter Pradesh represented by the Principal Secretary, Home Department, State of Utter Pradesh the Station House Officer, Indrapuram Police Station, Ghaziabad, UP, the State of Karnataka represented by the Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Karnataka and the Station House Officer, CEN Police Station, North-east Division, KHB Colony, Gandhinagara as party respondent Nos. 5 to Page No.# 4/4 9 in the connected writ petition. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she had lodged an FIR before the Cyber police station, Guwahati and such police station can verify the contention of the petitioner and throw light on the investigation so far made. Considering the nature of allegation and issues involved, in the considered opinion of this court if any order is passed, the investigation that has been conducted by the investigating authority may be hampered. Therefore, it is necessary to hear the aforesaid investigating agencies. Accordingly, the Officer-in-Charge, Cyber Police Station, Panbazar, Guwahati, Assam, the State of Utter Pradesh represented by the Principal Secretary, Home Department, State of Utter Pradesh the Station House Officer, Indrapuram Police Station, Ghaziabad, UP, the State of Karnataka represented by the Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Karnataka and the Station House Officer, CEN Police Station, North-east Division, KHB Colony, Gandhinagara are impleaded as party respondent Nos. 5 to 9 in the connected writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner is to furnish an amended cause title to the Registry within a period of three days from today. Thereafter, the Registry shall do the needful for incorporation of the same. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall also furnish an amended cause title to the learned counsels for the respondent. IA stands disposed of.
