ORDER

24.06.2024 Heard Mr S C Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant, Abbas Uddin, who has filed this application with prayer for correction of certain errors in the petition, being AB No. 1358/2024.

¶2Also heard Mr B B Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶3It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that a typographical error has occurred in the Page No.# 2/2 Cause Title of the aforesaid bail petition and the Police Station has been wrongly typed as "Karimganj", instead of "Badarpur".

¶4The prayer of the applicant for correction of the Police Station in the Cause Title of the aforesaid bail petition, is allowed. The petitioner may file an amended Cause Title of the bail petition.

¶5Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
