Heard Mr. S. C. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P. P. for respondent No.3. Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during the pendency of this application, the I.O. has competed investigation and submitted charge sheet against the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and thereafter, they have appeared before the learned Court below and learned Court below had granted them regular bail on 30.11.2019, in P.R.C Case No. 2054/2019. Mr. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant also conceded to the submission of Mr. Dutta, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that the investigation of the case has already been completed and charge sheet has been submitted before the learned Court below and the learned Court below has granted the privilege of regular bail to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. In that view of the matter, this application becomes infructuous and accordingly, the same stands closed.
