Durlav Konwar v. The State of Assam

ORDER

20.09.2024 Heard Mr A R Shome, learned counsel for the petitioner, Durlav Konwar, and Mr R R Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, vide C S No. 21, dated 31.07.2024, in connection with Namtola PS Case No. 10/2024, registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the jurisdictional Court and apply for Page No.# 2/2 bail, if so advised, and the learned Court may dispose of the bail petition, in accordance with law.
