¶2Mrs. M. Hazarika, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that in respect to the respondent, Insolvency Proceedings were initiated before the National Company Law Tribunal, Page No.# 2/2 Guwahati under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the resolution plan has also been approved. The learned senior counsel further submitted that in terms with Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, any creditors would be bound by the said resolution plan.

¶3Taking into account the provisions of Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further survives in the instant proceedings.

¶4Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed.
