¶1The instant contempt application has been filed alleging willful violation of the order dated 05.03.2019 passed in WP(C) No.2700/2017.

¶2This Court has duly taken note of the order dated 05.03.2018 wherein Page No.# 2/2 there was a direction to the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Respondent No.4 seeking fresh NOC within the locality. However, the said representation has not been filed. Under such circumstances, the question of compliance with the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in WP(C) No.2700/2017 does not arise.

¶3Consequently, the contempt proceedings stands dropped.
