¶2Mr. P. Chakraborty, learned CGC has produced a copy of the letter dated 11.07.2024, passed by the Assistant Commandant on behalf of the Group Commandant, CISF, Group Headquarters, Guwahati by which the petitioner has been permitted to stay at his present place of posting till 31.03.2025 and accordingly, the deferment of his posting is granted till then.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner is in receipt of instructions in the matter and he admits the same.

¶4In view of the subsequent development, this matter has become infructuous on satisfaction of the petitioner.

¶5Accordingly this matter stands closed on satisfaction of the petitioner.
