Heard Mr. A. K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

This application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, who has been languishing in jail hazot since 14.06.2024 in connection with Rupahihat P.S Case No.136/2024 registered under Sections 120 (B)/392/511 of IPC. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Talukdar that he has the instruction to withdraw this petition On the other hand, Mr. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the I.O. has already filed Charge-Sheet in this case, vide Charge-Sheet No. 150/2024, dated 30.06.2024.
