ORDER 02-08-2024 Heard Mr. Rajul Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Hoque, learned counsel submitted during filing of this criminal petitioner there was some inadvertent mistake in the Annexure-VII and as such, on instruction of the petitioner, he prays for withdrawal of this criminal petition, with a liberty to file afresh. Mr. Hoque, learned counsel also prays for an order directing the Registry to return him the certified copy of the order dated 19.01.2024, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Bilasipara in PRC No. 03/2024 along with a certified copy of the Charge-Sheet No. 552/2023 dated 31.12.2023 filed by the Investigating Officer in Bilasipara P.S. Case No.390/2022, that has been annexed to this criminal petition. Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection to such prayer of Mr. Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioner. Prayer is allowed. Liberty as prayed for, so granted. Accordingly, this criminal petition stands dismissed, as not pressed. Registry shall return the certified copy of the order dated 19.01.2024, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Bilasipara in PRC No. 03/2024 along with a certified copy of the Charge-Sheet No. 552/2023 dated 31.12.2023 filed by the Investigating Officer of Bilasipara P.S. Case No.390/2022 in said Bilasipara P.S. Case to Mr. Rajul Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioners obtaining necessary acknowledgement from him in that regard.
