Heard Mr. R. Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company. Mr. R. Goswami, has submitted that he has instruction to withdraw the appeal as the Insurance Company has already deposited Rs.8,29,582/- (Rupees eight lakhs twenty nine thousand five hundred and eighty two) only before the Registry of this Court out of the total awarded amount of Rs. 13,43,450/-( Thirteen lakhs forty three thousand four hundred and fifty) only. Therefore, the appellant/Insurance Company is directed to deposit the remaining amount before the Registry of this Court within next 4(four) weeks. The statutory deposit, if any, shall be returned to the Insurance Company. In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of.
