ORDER Date : 28.08.2024 Heard Mr. I. Hussain, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
¶2Mr. Sarma submits that in this case police has submitted charge sheet being Charge Sheet No. 295/2024 dated 23.07.2024. Page No.# 2/2
¶3Under the given circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on 9th of September, 2024 for seeking regular bail.
