Heard Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted Page No.# 2/2 that charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner being CS No. 157/2024 dated 25.07.2024.

The petitioner is directed to approach before the learned jurisdictional Court within 15 (Fifteen) days and apply for bail which may be considered by the Court in accordance with law.

Till then, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.
