Page No.# 2/2 The petitioner, by way of filing the present contempt application, had alleged violation of the order dated 11.03.2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.1903/2020. By the said order, this Court had directed the authorities of F.A. Ahmed College, Garoimari to consider the representation of the petitioner against his continued suspension. The College Authorities have entered appearance in the present proceedings and have filed an affidavit, wherein a copy of a resolution dated

17.02.2021 was brought on record. In terms of the said resolution dated

17.02.2021, the continued suspension of the petitioner was considered by the Governing Body and it had come to a conclusion that in view of the pendency of a criminal case against the petitioner, the petitioner could not be reinstated in service, however, such suspension of the petitioner would be considered on conclusion of the criminal case pending against her. Perusal of the said resolution dated 17.02.2021 satisfies this Court that the same is in compliance with the directions passed by this Court vide the said order dated 11.03.2020 and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the said resolution dated 17.02.2021 by filing an appropriate application. J U D G E Comparing Assistant
