Heard Mr. N. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Page No.# 2/2 Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P., Assam, appearing for the State respondent. It is submitted by Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P. that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case being C.S. No. 116/2023 dated 30.09.2023 in connection with Kalgachia, P.S. Case No. 08/2023. In view of the above, the Anticipatory Bail application stands close with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned C.J.M., Barpeta within 10 days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised and the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. Interim order dated 21.06.2023 will continue for the next 10 days from the date of this order or till the petitioner appearance before the learned Court below whichever is earlier. This dispose of the Anticipatory Bail application.
