ORDER

15.07.2024 Heard Ms R Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner, Md Sirajul Mia. Also heard Mr R R Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, vide CS No. 82/2024 dated 29.06.2024, in connection with Bhangagarh PS Case No. 79/2024, under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Page No.# 2/2 1860

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court, and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Court as per law.
