ORDER Date : 19.08.2024 Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Additional P.P. submits that in this case, police has filed Charge Sheet being Charge Sheet No. 21/2024 dated
31.07.2024.
¶2Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court on Page No.# 2/2
27.08.2024 for seeking regular bail. The trial court shall consider his anticipatory bail application in accordance with the procedures as laid down by law.
¶3Till 27.08.2024, the interim order passed earlier shall continue.
¶4With the aforesaid direction, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
