Heard Mr. A. Sarma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Review Petitioners and Mr. I. Borthakur, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Forest Department of the Government of Assam.

¶2The instant review petition has been filed seeking review of the judgment and order dated 19.01.2022 passed in WP(C) No.7263/2015.

¶3Upon hearing the learned counsels for the parties and this Court bringing to the notice of the learned counsel to the effect that the case which have been set out in the review is completely a different case which is the subject matter of the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Review Petitioners would not like to press the instant review petition. Page No.# 3/3

¶4The learned counsel for the Review Petitioners further submits that he may be permitted to approach the concerned Respondent Authorities with the materials which has come into light.

¶5Taking into account the above, the instant review petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶6It is however observed by this Court that the judgment passed by this Court on 19.01.2022 in WP(C) No.7263/2015 as well as the withdrawal of the Review Petition shall not preclude the petitioners to approach the Respondent Authorities, if so advised.
