Mr. N. J. Khataniar, learned counsel for the respondents, has placed on record, an order, dated 09.08.2022, passed by the Director, Secondary Education Department, Assam, in compliance of the directions passed by this Court in the connected writ petition.

Mr. A. Roshid, learned counsel for the petitioners, has perused the said order,

09.08.2022, and fairly submits that the directions as passed by this Court in WP(c)772/2021 vide order, dated 10.02.2021, has been complied with. However, he prays that the petitioners may be granted liberty to assail the order, dated 09.08.2022.

In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to assail the conclusions contained in the order, dated

09.08.2022, by way of instituting an appropriate application, if so advised.
