¶2The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 CrPC, seeking quashing of the CR Case No. 1173/2022 and impugned order of taking cognizance dated

15.05.2023.

¶3I have considered the submissions at the Bar.

¶4It is submitted that there was a typographical error and vide order dated 18.07.2023, passed in this case, and as agreed by both the sides, the petitioner had approached the ROC for correction of (400500) Disclosures-Secretarial Audit Report, as contained in Page-87 of this petition.

¶5It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has approached the ROC and the necessary corrections have been made and the respondent has no objection if the CR Case No. 1173/2022 is closed.

¶6As the matter was compounded between both the parties, the matter is closed, with a direction to the petitioner to approach the learned trial Court with a certified copy of this order and apprise the Court relating to compounding of offence and the learned trial Court may close the proceedings.

¶7It is also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that they are willing to withdraw the complaint petition.
