23.07.2024 Heard Ms T Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner, Nur Alom Ahmed. Also heard Mr B B Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, vide CS No. 87/2024 dated 30.06.2024, in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Lakhipur PS Case No. 159/2024, under Sections 342/294/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, read with Sections 3/4/5/7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Court in accordance with law.
