Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, police has submitted charge sheet against the petitioner being Charge Sheet No.165/2024 dated
27.08.2024.
¶2I have also heard Mr. A.K. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
¶3Since police has filed charge sheet against the petitioner, he is directed to appear before the learned trial court on 18th of November, 2024 for seeking regular bail. Page No.# 2/2
¶4Till that day only, the interim bail granted earlier shall continue.
