This writ petition is filed by the petitioner essentially being aggrieved with the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati in S.A. No.40/2022, I.A. No.241/2022 and I.A. No.628/2023 whereby the status quo order passed in favour of the petitioner was vacated. This Court vide order dated 12.07.2024 has issued notices to the respondent bank and also stayed the operation of the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by the Tribunal while clarifying that the effect of the stay would be that the interim order of status quo granted by the Tribunal on 20.09.2023 would stand revived. Learned counsel for the respondent bank has submitted that he has no objection if the interim order passed by this Court on 12.07.2024 is made absolute. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent bank, we dispose of this writ petition by making the order dated
