ORDER Date : 17-07-2024 Heard Mr. S. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Papu Deb, who has filed this application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023 challenging the order dated 27.05.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barpeta in connection Sessions Case No. 206/2021 issuing NBWA against the petitioner

¶2It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was earlier posted at Chapakhowa and at present he is posted at Howly and thus he did not receive any summons or notices issued against him in connection with the aforementioned case.

¶3Heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned Special Public Prosecutor, Wildlife.

¶4I have considered the submissions at the bar. I have taken a pragmatic view. The petitioner is willing to appear before the Trial Court and cooperate with the trial.

¶6Considering all aspects and in view of my foregoing discussions, the NBWA issued vide order dated 27.05.2024 is hereby kept in abeyance till 29.07.2024 and meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Trial Court and cooperate with the trial.

¶7In terms of the above observations, this Criminal Petition stands disposed of.
