ORDER

16.08.2024 Heard learned counsel, Mr J Hussain, for the petitioner, Sonabar Ali, who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Jagiroad PS Case No. 95/2024, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

¶2Heard Mr M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State of Page No.# 2/2 Assam, who has submitted that charge sheet has been laid in connection with this case, but the charge sheet has not been laid against the petitioner.

¶3Matter stands closed as the petition has become infructuous.
