Heard Mr. N. J. Singh, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Mrs. P. Hazarika, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners and Mrs. A. Gayan, the learned CGC appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1.

¶2Mr. N. J. Singh, the learned Senior counsel for the Petitioners upon Page No.# 3/3 instructions submits that as the representation dated 13.07.2024 is presently pending before the authorities, he would not like to press the instant writ petition. He however submits that in the event, the case of the Petitioners is not considered on the basis of the representation, then the Petitioners may be given the liberty to again approach this Court.

¶3Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶4It is however observed that the withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not preclude the Petitioners to approach this Court if the Petitioners are aggrieved by any decision of the Respondent Authorities.
