26.06.2024 Heard Mr. M. Khan, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A.J. Saikia, the learned counsel representing the Respondent No.1. Mr. M.M. Zaman, learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5.

¶2This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying or condonation of 47 days of delay in preferring the connected MAC appeal.

¶3The learned counsel representing the respondents have objected to the prayer for condonation of delay.

¶4I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. Page No.# 3/3

¶5I find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Therefore, the delay stands condoned.

¶6The connected appeal shall be registered and listed for Admission hearing after the ensuing Summer Vacation.

¶6The Interlocutory Application is disposed of.

¶7Office shall reflect the name of Mr. A.J. Saikia, as the counsel representing Respondent No.1 and Mr. M.M. Zaman, learned counsel representing Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 in the Cause List.
