Heard Mr. K. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent who has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however in the meanwhile, charge-sheet has been laid bearing charge-sheet No. 115/2023 dated 30.06.2023. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that by order dated

28.06.2023, the petitioners namely, (1) Kadam Ali, (2) Saminur Islam @ Shaminur Islam, and (3) Abu Shama were allowed to go on interim bail by this Court with certain conditions and pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the fact of laying of the charge-sheet, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the present petitioners by order dated 28.06.2023 is hereby made absolute.
