24.07.2024 Mr. A. Chamuah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are two enclosures which require to be brought on record. He however submits that it would entail bringing on record an amendment in the instant writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners therefore submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to refile the same by removing the formal defects.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶3It is made clear that the petitioners would be at liberty to refile the writ petition by removing the formal defects.
