. 2024 Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner namely, Robiyal Hoque @ Ketu and Mr. D. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent are present. Mr. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that he has received a telephonic message that charge sheet, being C.S. No. 224/2024 Page No.# 2/2 dated 24.08.2024 has submitted by the police in connection with Gauripur P.S. Case No. 117/2024 under Sections 120B/ 341/ 325/ 307/ 506 IPC. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the jurisdictional court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days and apply for bail and in the event of filing such bail application, the same may be considered by the jurisdictional court in accordance with law. In terms of the above observation, this bail application stands disposed of. Till then no coercive action be taken. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
